Sec. 2155.327. INTERAGENCY PURCHASES AND TRANSACTIONS. This subchapter does not apply to an interagency purchase or transaction. An interagency purchase or transaction must be accomplished on a special voucher or electronically as prescribed by the comptroller.How to submit an invoice under Sec 2155 to the Comptroller?
Sec. 2155.381. INVOICE. (a) The contractor or seller of goods or services contracted for by the comptroller shall submit an invoice to the ordering agency at the address shown on the purchase order. (b) The invoice shall be prepared and submitted as provided by rule of the comptroller.
